  • Downloaded Custom Shapes files can be double clicked in the Finder to automatically load them into Photoshop.
  • To add the Preset to the pop-up list as a default choice, place the file into this folder and restart Photoshop:

    ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS6/Presets/Custom Shapes
    (a quick way to get to this folder is to copy the path, shift command g in the Finder, paste, return)
