  • Downloaded files can be loaded into the Adjustment pane through the Properties Panel fly-out menu.
  • To add the Preset into the default list of choices that are found in Preset pop-up menu, place the file into this folder and restart Photoshop:

    ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS6/Presets/Black and White
    (a quick way to get to this folder is to copy the path, shift command g in the Finder, paste, return)
